PRIMARY CURRICULUM
Kindergarten to Year 6

Reddam’s academic curriculum is developed within the guidelines of the NSW Board of Studies. It is designed to offer an exposure to a wide range of subjects, developing the full variety of vital skills and incorporating our innovative methods and extra activities, which make for a holistic approach to education.

SPECIALIST TEACHERS (K to Yr3)
The students from Kindergarten to Year 3 each have a dynamic class teacher who provides a powerful foundation in English, Mathematics, Science and Human Society and its Environment. They are supported by handpicked specialist teachers to extend and enrich the children in Music, Drama, PDHPE, Computer Studies, Sport, Visual Arts, Second Languages, and Biblical, Moral or Jewish Studies.

SPECIALISATION IN ALL SUBJECTS  (Yr4 to Yr6)
Uniquely Reddam also offers subject specialists in English, Mathematics, Science, Human Society and its Environment in addition to those listed above.
In these years the students have tutor teachers who provide pastoral care and support.

The programmes offered are differentiated and student centred in order to offer students the best possible learning environment and designed for maximum stimulation and extension way beyond the BOS expectations.

REPORTING
Parents and caregivers are kept up-to-date with the students’ progress on an on-going basis through formal and informal means (phone calls, emails and the School intranet for parents).

Formal reports are issued four times a year at the end of each term.
