OUR SPORTING PROGRAMME
Students are encouraged to participate in whatever physical pursuits appeal to them, chosen from an unusually wide selection on offer at the school. Inter-house activities are held annually in all seasonal sports with an emphasis on the importance of participation and teamwork. Teams are entered into leagues in all the local competitive sports and compete against other Independent Schools.
These include, subject to demand, soccer, rugby, cricket, netball, hockey, basketball, tennis, squash, volleyball, athletics, cross-country, golf, swimming, surfing, table tennis, life-saving, sailing, diving, gymnastics, snow skiing and water-polo.
Reddam House students have access to the pathway to NSW CIS and NSW all school teams.
The stepping stone to this is via the very healthy sporting association named AICES (Association of Co-Educational Independent Schools) Reddam House is one of the 54 schools who compete amongst each other to select AICES teams who compete with other associations in order to qualify for CIS and NSW all State teams.
Inter-house activities are held annually in all seasonal sports with the emphasis on the importance of teamwork.
